Holy smokes- just had the best brisket in my life. Visiting Alaska and stopped by after reading the other reviews and WOWWWW the delicious bbq melts in your mouth. The owner was super nice! We are trying to figure out how we can stop by again during our 9 day road trip... that’s how great it is! Half rack of ribs and Carolina styled pulled pork sandwich. The ribs were overcooked. Very mushy to say the least. Fall off the bone ribs are a sign that they are over cooked. However I understand that some people like that. The sandwich would have been good if I were able to make the sandwich myself.
