I pulled up to get my coffee and the owners daughter was working, and not the regular barista girl that works. I asked where she was and the owners daughter went off the handle calling this poor sweet barista girl all the names in the book and went on about whatever drama. I've been here a few times simply because it's convenient, but every single time my order has either been wrong or just plain inedible, leading me to toss it out or leave it unfinished. This time, I figured I'd try the breakfast sandwich since I was really hungry—how bad could it be? Well, I found RAW MEAT and an UNDERCOOKED EGG, and now I'm feeling absolutely terrible! This place is just awful!
Kylie is amazing! As I was leaving the drive-thru, my car ran out of gas. Kylie went above and beyond by offering me her personal reserve of gas. She even gave us a cookie afterward to lift our spirits. The service was exceptional, and we will definitely be coming back. It's uplifting to see one person at a time making a positive impact in our society. Go Kylie! Keep rocking!
