Great Alaska Pizza Co - Wasilla

Today is customer appreciation day which is great and all but the one problem is if you order anything online not knowing that it is customer appreciation day, there is nothing on their website that alerts you, your payment will go through, it will give you an estimated time of delivery and they send you a link to track your order. They will not make your order or tell you that you will not be getting your order until you call an hour after the pizza is supposed to be delivered which is especially awesome when you get home from work and your kids are hungry and excited for pizza that is not coming.

5 dollar GAP at the end of each Tuesday is a treat for my family. We stand in line for about 10 to 15 minutes and it is worth it. The pizza is delicious and cooked perfectly. Customer service is awesome!

Staff just didn't seem to care if I was there or not. 3 people working in front of me, I was the only one around. I had to ask for help after standing there for a while. Pizza was good. Pizza bowl was gross. I started to place my order on line while sitting in my car in front. Prices were higher. I went in and read my order off instead.. Saved over $10.

They didn't make our pizza correctly, it happens frequently, but when it's good, it's good. Typically get the phoned slammed down in my ear after placing a to go order, it's commonplace. The service could def be friendlier. Also, the owner is abrasive, needs to take a PR class.

Haven't had a bad experience yet. Pizza always fresh and made with quickness, employees are cool. Curly hair boy is very considerate and sweet never rushes. Anyway wish they had more toppings ..
