Caffe Dolce 907 - Wasilla

We tried this place out when they first opened and it was nice but they were still learning the ropes it seemed like. Still a good place for cozy soup and a sandwich with a slice of cheesecake to share. Then yesterday we ordered DoorDash and the 3 sandwich's were perfect! Huge, fresh, delicious, fast! Toasted to perfection The cream cheese spread and pesto both are so tasty! definitely adding these on the calendar for office lunches! ........ : Ahhh, I hate to do this and drop a star but we ordered almost the exact same order today plus 3 gluten free bagels and a) the sandwich's were good still but all of them were smaller and seemed to be on like the crust end pieces of bread? With way less fillings. B) they forgot 2 cups of soup and 2 gluten free bagels despite us ordering on their app they use...we went back for the soup but c) the gluten free bagel we got was cold and had a sand like consistency with barely any cream cheese? So we just didn't say anything about the missing bagels. Idk who worked on Thursday but they need to keep or elevate them and fire or retrain whoever worked today. : The espresso shot and americano one of us got today tho was awesome!! good coffee!

I don't leave a lot of reviews, so for a place to be memorable enough for me to get off my lazy bum and write it MUST be good. My son and I were looking for a coffee and lite bite. We decided to split a sandwich and got the Buffalo Chicken along with a medium Chaga latte. Definitely could have taken the other half from him but he's bigger n me now! : Come check this place out of you are in the area. It's a great tasting hole in the wall with a personable staff and relaxing environment.

Such a cute coffee/cafe shop the staff is so sweet, friendly humble. They were surprised that we found em on yelp. Delicious affogatos, kids had hot chocolates. They wanted whipped cream sprinkles so whipped cream sprinkles they got.

I love this place. It's out of my way but I'm supporting a local business and a friend who just happens to make a great cup of coffee.

Charming decor, tasty food, and exceptionally friendly service. Definitely worth the price!
