Was Anonym at Ethiopic a mag?
Went with a couple of my friends here. We do this thing where we try different kinds of food, and this sparked our interested as one of us is vegetarian and this place has many options. One of the dishes we got was the vegetarian sampler which tasted really good. We didn’t know how to eat it at first but our server kindly taught us how to and checked on us to make sure everything was good. All the food was cleared! T... View all feedback.
What Rich dislikes about Ethiopic:
Great food! With the 20% service charge, the value goes way down. Also I don’t like the order by app feature. No real interactions with my waitress so I might as well have done takeout or fast food. But again, great food. View all feedback.
The aromes in the vegetarian sampler plate were delicious. this is some of the best Ethiopian foods that I had well flavored and tasteful. the injera was amazing and I liked that they gave you extra on the side. they have a vegan version of the vegetarian plate. one of the vegetarian options is served with fish, so make sure to specify vegan.
I enjoyed the lentilssambusas and the vegan plate for 2. I can't wait to go back and I'm going to the shiro court! my only complaining is nothing was really sharp (warm wise) and I hoped a bit more warm.
Similar to other Ethiopians in dc, can get the vegetables plate. I like the beer that was usually best.

Delicious good and friendly service. Hearty portions at fair prices. Notes that they include 20% gratuity on ALL checks.
