In desperate need of late night pizza and this place hit the spot. Had to wait a little bit so best to call ahead if you just want to pickup. But wasn’t upset after my first bite. Thanks for the service! View all feedback.
What Chris Noyes doesn't like about Villa Tuscana Fine Italian:
The food was delicious, but there was a $7 discrepancy on my bill when I checked my card statement. It may have been an honest error, but I wonder if it was because I used a metal card. View all feedback.

I wish I could provide more balanced feedback, but unfortunately the food at this restaurant was truly awful. I have to give it a full Gordon Ramsey treatment. I ordered a buttered dish, but it was drowning in butter to the point where it might as well have been a butter dish instead of a pasta dish. The pasta and shrimp were completely overpowered by the butter. The food also tasted freezer burned, a disgrace to true Italian cuisine. The chef should consider returning to the fast food industry and steer clear of fine dining. I am grateful that I was able to get a refund through Grubhub, but this experience was so terrible that I doubt I will ever order from here again. Even McDonald's is less greasy and processed than this food, which says a lot. And I never eat at McDonald's!
We were given water but couldn't help feeling confused by the mismatched atmosphere, music, and decor that did not resemble an Italian restaurant at all. The menu did have some Italian options, along with other items that were not Hispanic. Feeling uncomfortable and out of place, we chose to leave and informed the server of our decision. She was understanding and kind. Despite being able to speak Spanish and having a South American wife, the experience was still puzzling for us, especially in Washington, DC. It left us feeling bewildered by the unexpected cultural mix at the restaurant.
The food is pretty good but don't trust the posted hours. This place is open whenever they feel like being open. I had a really good French onion soup and an okay chicken piccatta.
The chicken piccata was very bad. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.
