Great location near the metro. This subway is my go-to when I need a quick bite. Brendan and Smurf as well as the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. And yeah Subway did good adding the carved turkey, A+ View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
I had a negative experience at the restaurant tonight. The employee with black hair, who appeared to be foreign, was handling food with his gloves on, but then placed his hand on the wall before attempting to fix my sandwich. He then tossed everything back onto the tray. I found this unsanitary and concerning. His customer service and food handling skills were poor, and I was unable to eat the food. I hope this emplo... This place always saves my life. Whenever I don't bring my homemade lunch to work, I come here. The staff is always nice and friendly. The place is organized and clean. And the sandwiches are always fresh.

The cashier at this restaurant is extremely rude. They need to work on their customer service skills and be more polite. Overall, no harm done.

I believe there is a problem with the restaurant when employees are accused of being rude to customers on two separate occasions. In one instance that I witnessed personally, the manager himself was disrespectful to a young woman who appeared to have an intellectual disability. It is not surprising that the staff may also be rude to customers if they witness the same behavior from their manager. In the second instance, a customer reported that an employee was rude, but instead of addressing the issue and ensuring customer satisfaction, the manager sided with the employee. This is not how a franchise owner should act, as they should want to attract customers to their business. I will be sure to let others know about the poor service at this restaurant.
