I placed an order online but never got updates through doordash (who was supposed to deliver it) so I called the store to check-in and it showed someone picked it up but never delivered so they offered to remake the order and have it delivered. The customer service was very easy and extremely helpful. Definitely go in-store or order for pick up if you’re able to. I only ordered delivery due to covid cases rising. View all feedback.
I really adore this place, and my favorite item on the menu is their sugar cookies.
I placed an online order but didn’t receive any updates through DoorDash, the delivery service. So, I decided to call the restaurant to check on the status. They informed me that someone had picked up the order but it was never delivered. The restaurant was very accommodating and offered to remake my order for delivery. The customer service was straightforward and incredibly helpful. If possible, I would recommend going in-store or opting for pickup. I only chose delivery due to the rising COVID cases.
