Contribute Feedback What Ministryof T doesn't like about Gelastissimo:
Worst milkshake ever, they put ice cubes in the shake, I had to tell them to remove the ice cubes, which they did but even then it was a milky thin shake with hardly any ice cream for $8. Do not go here! View all feedback.

We just got an iced vanilla latte and a joylatte which is kind of like an almond joy. Friendly guy. Relatively quick. Pretty tasty.
Originally wanted to go to Larry's, but their prices were too steep. Went here instead and regretted it. My milkshake was ice water, with little trace of milk. The woman taking my order acted like she was doing me a favor. She didn't offer us straws, napkins, or anything with our orders. If you're considering going here, don't.
People were rude. Milk tea was disgusting. Not worth a penny.
On 6/7/19, I ate at Gelastissimo while visiting Washington, D.C from out of town. The employees were rude and the food was disgusting. I ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea and the tea tasted like soap. The tapioca boba was hard and when I spoke to their female employee, she simply shrugged and turned around. Secondly, I asked to speak to the manager and the woman continued to be rude and reply with “What about?”. I said “My boba is hard and my jasmine green tea tasted like soap.” She said that the boba was the same batch as everyone and although my two friends had gotten bubble tea and their boba was soft and normal. The phase “The customer is always right” was not implied here and the employee continued to be rude and a simply horrid person in terms of customer service and politeness. I will never be returning to this terrible establishment and I encourage all of you not to as well.
