What User likes about Roosters:
Beautiful bar and restaurant right at the Interstate. Great menu. The bartender looked tired. Sports bar with family atmosphere. We have two orders from 10 boneless wings. They were bigger, but slightly less tender than B Dub's boneless. I would like to try more items on the menu, but it's far away from home. View all feedback.

The food and service were excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant. It was my first time there and I am looking forward to going back!

On Saturday, May 14th, at 12:06 p.m., we were told by the hostess that there would be a 20-minute wait. We waited patiently, with me holding my 13-month-old son and entertaining him. However, as time went on, we noticed that people were being seated at tables before us. By 12:40, I approached a staff member and inquired about our table. They apologized and we were finally seated at 12:45. Our server promptly took our drink and appetizer order, but by 1:15, our drinks had still not arrived. Frustrated, we decided to leave. This was the worst service I have ever experienced.

None of the dishes for each person at our table were prepared correctly. There were added ingredients, missing ingredients, or completely wrong items. Fed up with the waitress' attitude when we requested corrections, we opted to take our meals to go. While eating in the car, I discovered hairs in my dressing. When my husband went inside to complain, the waitress only offered more dressing. We spent over $100 for a meal that was completely incorrect. I have detailed documentation and will be contacting the health department. In addition to the unsanitary findings in our food, the restaurant appeared dirty overall.

It is often difficult to find a decent place to stop and get a good meal when you spend several hours on the intermediate level. I didn't want to be mine.
