What Chelsea B doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
They got our order wrong then the first time my dad called the lady was rude and hung up on him. Then the second time she pretended to be someone else. Then the second time whe was not necessarily nice. If you go there and they have a record of doing this you probably should make sure that you are aware that they might do this to you. Drive thru.May have a wait however, the food's fresh and made to order as well as warm hot depending on the length of your drive to your eatin location.Also, they no longer have the vegetable beef soup. It has been discontinued at this location.Try there onion rings, they're real, not bits of onions in a batter shaped in a circle.Thank you! View all feedback.
