I ordered a custom freshly made salad, and unfortunately, it has made me seriously ill for the past two days. I've never encountered this issue before.

All the self-checkout lanes accept card payments only, with just one cas... read more I’m a daily customer at QuickChek on Washington, and this is by far the worst location. All the self-checkout lanes accept card payments only, with just one cash lane that also serves the lottery, resulting in at least a five-minute wait to pay with cash. Despite a recent remodel, the checkout process has actually gotten worse. There is nothing convenient about this place. The employees are often rude and never offer alternative lanes. This issue persists both early in the morning and during dinner hours. Shelves are rarely stocked and remain empty for days, and Pepsi products are usually out of stock. The hot sandwiches from the menu are either cold or burnt, an issue that has existed for years and isn’t related to COVID. Most days, I choose a different store if possible. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this QuickChek location.

Here's a picture of the sandwich i got. I tried to pick it up and it just fell apart onto my plate and floor. Tried to make it somewhat presentable

I've had the best experiences with the employees at this Quick Check location! They truly make my mornings brighter every day. They're always polite and genuine... read more I've had the best experiences with the employees at this Quick Check location! They truly make my mornings brighter every day. They're always polite and genuinely caring. Thank you all for the fantastic job you do! However, since the new owner took over, this QC has really declined. Many of the great staff members have left, and the new employees seem to lack training and professionalism. I've witnessed them cursing in front of customers, and there seems to be a general disregard for their work. My orders are frequently wrong, and the store is often dirty. They’re constantly out of basic items like lids, straws, bread, and milk. I can't help but wonder who the manager is, because this situation is simply unacceptable, and I believe they should be held accountable.
