There is one cash lane which is... read more I?m a daily customer at quick check Washington. This is literally the worse location by far. All self check outs are card only. There is one cash lane which is also the lottery lane you will sit in line for at least 5 mins minimum waiting to pay cash. Thislocation has just remodeled and it is actually worse as far as checking out. There is nothing convenient about this place.Employees are rude and never even offer a alternative lane.This is the same both early morning and dinner time. Shelves arerarely stocked and will remain empty for days. Pepsi products are generally out of stock. Hot sandwiches are either cold orburned and this has nothing to do with covid either has been that way for years. I literally choose an alternative store mostdays if possible. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this location

I've had the best experiences with the employees at this Quick Check location! They truly make my mornings brighter every day. They're always polite and genuine... read more I've had the best experiences with the employees at this Quick Check location! They truly make my mornings brighter every day. They're always polite and genuinely caring. Thank you all for the fantastic job you do! However, since the new owner took over, this QC has really declined. Many of the great staff members have left, and the new employees seem to lack training and professionalism. I've witnessed them cursing in front of customers, and there seems to be a general disregard for their work. My orders are frequently wrong, and the store is often dirty. They’re constantly out of basic items like lids, straws, bread, and milk. I can't help but wonder who the manager is, because this situation is simply unacceptable, and I believe they should be held accountable.
