Mosaic catered our wedding reception recently and we were beyond pleased with the experience. It was very affordable and the food was fantastic. Just about every one of our guests made a point to let us know how awesome the food and service were. The staff was incredibly professional and kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything went great. When picking vendors, you never truly know what the experience is going to be like, but I would HIGHLY recommend Mosaic for anyone's catering needs. If we ever need anything catered in the future, we will be going with Mosaic.

We had the absolute best experience with Mosiac! Pat and his team are down to earth, efficient, and can whip up an excellent meal. We are so happy with our choice to have Mosiac be a part of our big day. We still get people commenting to us how good our wedding food was and the leftovers they sent us home with are yuuummmmy. We booked Mosaic Café and Catering as our wedding caterer in October 2023 and would absolutely recommend them to future brides or anyone looking to cater an event. All my communication leading up to the wedding was with the owner Pat. The communication was excellent, and all my emails were answered promptly. We changed our menu from our original proposal, and Pat adjusted it without any problems. He let me know which staff were going to be at the wedding and worked with our coordinator on the timeline for the day. Everything was served on time and there were no issues on the day of the wedding. Everyone enjoyed the food, and we were very happy that we chose Mosaic as our caterer.

Pat and his team were absolutely amazing. Pat was very easy to get a hold over throughout the whole planning process. His team the day of the wedding were so incredibly nice and helpful. The food speaks for itself it is AMAZING! They are not badly priced for the quality of food. When I say people keep raving about the food, I mean it. I wouldn't have gone with any other vender. I highly recommend!!
