I've visited this restaurant three times for drive-thru pick-up and each time my order was correct, looked great, and tasted exactly as Colonel Sanders intended... read more I've visited this restaurant three times for drive-thru pick-up and each time my order was correct, looked great, and tasted exactly as Colonel Sanders intended. On one occasion, due to a staffing shortage related to the end of COVID, there were only two staff members, one being the owner. I left a generous tip at the window because she was working hard, remained professional, and kept her sense of humor while smiling. Good food and great service are what we all want. We can overlook some inconveniences if we feel valued and see the staff's effort. The owner even offered a significant discount on my order because of a delay, but I declined. She offered it sincerely, apologized, and maintained her cheerful demeanor. I'm originally from Virginia and now live in the area. I will definitely be back to order their bowls and more. Fantastic food!
