This spot is great for every reason you go out to eat bbq. It was delicious, succulent and juicy, gorgeous presentation and looked better on a plate in front of us than the picture on the menu. The salad with briscuit was the most fresh veggies for the money in town. Award-winning! The amount of food and the price were such winners for me. What Dan Rapture Gaming doesn't like about Hog Fathers:
Ordered my food at 3:30pm and had to wait 3 hours for it because one of the employees gave it to someone else and the employee didn't seem like she wanted to be there so this visit ruined my birthday and will never order from here ever View all feedback.
This place was amazing! They were only doing take out and were very accommodating when we asked to eat at a table, even bringing over our food. The food is very flavorful and some of the best bbq I have ever had! The baked beans and coleslaw were my favorite sides and the bbq chicken was to die for! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Washington, PA.
Decent. Stopped in at 1130 am. Pork was great, slaw was good. Mac and cheese had a little more to be desired. Overall, decent spot to grab a sandwich.

I lived in Juarez Mexico and ISTG the best taco I ever ate is at Hogfather's.
They were short staffed the evening that we went but the waitress was wonderful! She apologized for the wait and was truly concerned for our wait. The food was amazing but that waitress made us feel appreciated.
We were in town for a concert. We like to try local “mom and pop” places. My husband found this and who passes up anything BBQ. We asked for recommendations by our waitress. She seemed a little rushed but we didn’t know what else she had going on so no worries. She was GREAT!! Then the food came out and was SPOT ON!!!! Hubs had cheese curds for an app and chicken fried steak for meal. I had fajita quesadilla with brisket for an app and classic BBQ pulled pork sandwich. I was only able to eat half of the quesadilla but that just means I get to eat and savor it again later. Cute little place that was wonderful and we will definitely be back one day!!!
