What Carl Norman doesn't like about Dunkin':
If it were possible to give a lower rating, I would. I visited the drive-thru to buy a large cold brew for $4.95. I requested no ice, as I planned to refrigerate it and enjoy it on my way to work in the morning before Dunkin' opened. However, at the Dunkin’ on Rt. 6 in Hawley, PA, they charge an extra $1.50 for no ice! Can you believe that? A cold brew costs $6.49 because of their ridiculous policy. It feels like a s...
