The service was consistently slow. I waited in line for 25 minutes, and when I reached the window, they didn’t acknowledge my presence. I eventually just decided to drive away. The truck behind me also drove straight through and left.

The staff went the extra mile to make sure my order was correct and exactly what I wanted. They even brewed a fresh pot of decaf coffee for my half-decaf drink. Unlike many other coffee shops that might simply say they're out of decaf, they kindly asked me to pull over to the side (since I was in the drive-thru) and brought it to me when it was ready. All the employees were friendly and eager to help.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and I am always impressed by the quality of service. The drinks are made exactly as we ordered, and even though the place can get busy, the staff stays attentive and ready to help. The general manager is quick to offer a coupon or help out when a child is crying, which I really appreciate. Overall, they make my visits easy and enjoyable.

The staff was amazing! They treated my daughter to a sprinkle doughnut that really brightened her day.

This is undoubtedly one of the best Dunkin' Donuts locations around! Even during the busiest weekend rush, the wait times are short. The donuts are consistently tasty, and the staff always welcomes you with a friendly demeanor. I've been coming to this location for over a year, and I’ve never had a bad experience!
