She decided to pay for my meal, even though I felt really guilty about it. I didn't catch her name, but it was such a generous thing for her to do. I’ll definitely make sure to pay it forward. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff; the service was fantastic. I will absolutely be returning. Thanks once again!

The place... read more It felt like everyone was still in training. There were a lot of mistakes with our orders, and the staff seemed more focused on chatting than working. The place could use a good cleaning too; it looked a bit grimey and had fingerprints everywhere, especially when the sunlight hit it just right. Not a great impression overall.

My wife worked very hard here and left because of the disrespect that was given to her.She was there for 4 years Just to find out the other day that this so called lousy manger went in to her work and gave disrespectful remarks about her. Then acts like everything is just fine like she didn't do anything wrong. Very lousy place and people.. very rude staff they don't care at all. And to the manager who thinks he was big and wanted to fight I laugh at you.. Take your business elsewhere...

Not one time has waseca given me the correct order or a sandwich that was not... read more I live in waseca and I drive 20 minutes away to order from the owatonna mcdonalds. Not one time has waseca given me the correct order or a sandwich that was not poorly made and sloppy. This time they gave my son a 4 piece happy meal instead of a 6 piece. I would always call and complain and finally wanted them to reimburse me after the previous terrible experience. Believe it or not I ordered a quarter pounder and recieved a chicken sandwhich with sauce smeared all over the outside of the bun. Everytime I call to complain the manager says thank you for letting them know and ends the call. Last time I did not let that happen and told them they need to compensate my meal and she sent me a coupon worth half of what i ordered. They smeared sauce on the outside of my fish bun and the fish patty was stale and completely off the bun. It was terrible. The cheese slice was not even centered. I tell them everytime that I do not want apple slices twice. Twice. Because they always mess up. and they gave me only apple slices. No toy and no juice. Then my large fry was not even half full. She sent a coupon for the fish sandwhich and a small fry. They have given me 3 piece nugget instead of 4 pieces before too. Owatonna has never gave me a sloppy sandwhich or messed up an order. Thank you owatonna. And suck my butt waseca.
