This is my second time coming and they always make me pull forward to the parking lot and wait a long time due to one of the food items not being ready. They give you an estimated wait time and somehow always exceed that time. It's ridiculous.

The only item that was good in this order was the Walnut Shrimp. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident; it’s my third time experiencing low-quality food from this location.
