best take out in the area by far, they have excellent Cantonese chow mein, all the rice are good, i must admit i have never had bad take out from here, dont let the decor throw you off. It is a family run business that has been around for approximately 20 years. They are the nicest people you could ever ask for. I gave bamboo terrace at least 4 tries and they failed miserably every time View all feedback.

I can't say much more than what has been said already. Was the food greasy? Check. Were the portions small? Check. DId I get chicken bone pieces disguised as chicken balls? Check. This restaurant has some of the best Chinese food. It doesn't have the road appeal you may be looking for, but when it comes to their food, I don't think k you will be disappointed!
Great food for a takeout to Beach One and enjoy the sunset... But don't go there in the winter to eat in....cold, drafty and OLD!
The last few times I've ordered from Uncle Mings I've found that the quality has gone down hill. The food is still good, but it always used to be exceptional. They have also become reluctant to provide quick home delivery; the last few times they said it would take more than an hour to deliver. In a small town that is too long!

There are many who would say that Uncle Ming's is the best, but I differ from the many who state that. The food was average and frankly I didn't find it all that good. Being a resident and business owner in Wasaga Beach, for many years, the owner should have more to offer, superior food, superior location. There are many competitors out there right now and you would think that Uncle Mings would get on board and out do the others in Town. I would go elsewhere and do not recommend Uncle Mings.
