What Annabell Hagenes dislikes about Fannie's:
we had to wait almost an hour for our food. the waiter went away from us and ignored us without being apologetic at all. it felt as though we were unimportant and they were picky that served first. eating was good and hopeful. View all feedback.
Wow. We found another treasure in “upstate” NY. Actually top of my list now. Heavy focus on sourcing local farm ingredients. Hand made, classic recipes with a modern twist but not a twist just to twist. The steak sandwich was incredible. The steak was well seasoned and tender (for a non-prime cut steak). The garlic aioli just right (present but not over powering). Homemade baguette had great texture and flavor. Great side of lentil salad. Bamboo straws. Paper take out boxes. These folks care. Friendly service. Don’t change a thing guys. The world needs more restaurants like this.
The quality of food is delicious, the service is always pleasant, and the mood in Fannie is relaxed. It feels like eating in a scenic little Brooklyn Café when you step into this Warwick restaurant. Coffee Shop feel with high quality food that is good and tasty plated! You can never go wrong with a soup from here, and their breakfast options are just as enthusiastic as brunch or lunch. Dinner is a special treat, so make sure you introduce and book your place! Great place to spend time with those you like.
This is one of the few places where you pay more than $9 for a grilled cheese but it turns out you get a fresh baguet loaded with actual Brie and some fruit that oddly compliments it. In other words you actually get quality food for a reasonable price. Friendly staff and a comfortable environment. Perfect for a sunny morning breakfast or afternoon lunch. I have heard wait times can be lengthy as it's a small place but the food is just so good and filling. Go here or live life with the regrets a Google review can impart upon you.
I ate here a few weeks ago and was not impressed. If you don’t mind waiting over an hour for food and watching a person change their baby at the table next to you. Then this is the place for you. Only redeeming part of this place is the staff is very friendly, but won’t be coming back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Dropped in for a quick breakfast while driving through town, and boy was I ever so grateful I did. I ordered their signature cappuccino w/ a scoop of their cardamom ice cream (this was beyond delicious), corn cake w/ black beans, and fried potatoes. Everything was beyond delicious. The presentation was beautiful, the flavors were delightful, and everything was cooked to perfection. Despite living over an hour away; I plan to return. Vegetarian options: I noted many vegetarian options on the menu Parking: Parking located on street on neighboring streets. Kid-friendliness: Kids were present during my visit, and there appears to be marks of child friendlies in the dining space Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Noise level: Very quiet Group size: 2 people Wait time: No wait Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge street parking, Paid street parking
