The warm and friendly staff, along with the delicious food, made our visit special. We were initially allocated a room on the fourth floor, but since my wife has difficulty with stairs, we mentioned this to the staff. They promptly moved us to a ground floor room, which made all the difference. Although our stay was only for two days, it was truly wonderful!

Mary Poppins shines through the senses—practically perfect in every way. We loved it; everyone was so polite and helpful. Well done, Premier Inn staff—you should be proud of your team. Both dinner and breakfast were wonderful. The hot plates were always a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you!
