First time we have used Ruby's as we live in Wellesbourne. But so glad we have found this little gem, it was so so good, couldn't fault it. Will be using again for sure.
Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered a takeaway at 7 to be told delivery would be 8.20. That would have been fine but rang back at 8.40 to be told they had a technical issue and couldn’t say when we would get it. Not happy.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious! However, I would suggest picking it up rather than having it delivered. Every time I have had my food delivered, I end up waiting for 2 hours, even after calling them multiple times.
The delivery was 2 hours late, despite multiple calls to follow up on the order. The person who answered the phone was rude, and when I recommended that they notify customers about delays, they did not take it well. The food was delivered cold, and some items were missing. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Always excellent food and efficient delivery service. The online ordering system is good and prompt confirmation. Lots of choice on the menu with options for adding in items too.
