The staff were attentive and friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone had a great time.

My partner and I used to enjoy their buffet and were disappointed when it was discontinued due to covid. I was unaware that the buffet was still available on Sunday afternoons only. It was just as wonderful as I remembered- the same delicious flavors, perfectly grilled meats, and friendly service. Ruby has definitely returned to its former glory. All the food is cooked fresh and it tastes amazing. We had a fantastic meal and are looking forward to coming back again.

The staff were pleasant and the lady in charge was particularly keen to ensure that we got served even though we arrived close to closing. We have our suspicions that the hot and sour soup was intended for an 'British ' clientele as it really wasn 't much like the real thing.

The curry... read more Based on the reviews here, it seems like we had a not-so-great experience at this restaurant. It was our first time ordering and definitely our last. The curry was lacking in flavor, the meat and onions were watery, and the fried rice was dry and tasteless. The chips were terrible, I've had better frozen ones from the supermarket. The pineapple fritter was so bad that I didn't even taste it before throwing it away. We try to support local businesses, but they should at least send out a decent meal. Zero stars, never going back again!

However, when we arrived, the drinks we had ordered were already on the table and we were told that they no longer offered the all-you-can-eat option. The prices were also very high. They claimed that the website was wrong and that they had changed their policy due to COVID, even though there was no one with COVID present. It was disappointing.

After placing our order online, the restaurant called to confirm the details for the delivery and were very helpful. The food arrived hot and delicious, enjoyed by all of us. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying nearby and looking for a delicious meal before or after exploring the sights that Warwick has to offer.
