Kfc
Description
At a recent visit to a local KFC, experiences varied widely among diners. While some patrons found the food lacking, citing dry chicken and insufficient portion sizes, others enjoyed well-prepared meals during busier times, highlighting the staff's efficiency and teamwork. Automated ordering machines aimed to streamline service but caused confusion, frustrating customers. Nevertheless, one family was pleasantly surprised by personalized service that catered to dietary needs, which enhanced their overall experience. Despite mixed reviews, the restaurant's potential for improvement hinges on consistent food quality and addressing service flow issues, encouraging diners to explore alternative options if dissatisfaction persists.

Ate here the Friday evening before Christmas 23/12. It was very busy, lots of people waiting for food but the organisation was like clock work. Food was cooked to order and the wait was less than 10 minutes. We ate in, the tables were regularly cleaned
I've just eaten the best KFC I have ever had. The chicken was hot and juicy not a single dry bit. My fries were hot and perfectly done and my beans were hot as well. I've been to loads of KFC's across the country and all too often the food was luke warm and the chicken on the dry side but not this time. The staff were lovely and really looked like they worked together as a team. Great service. I made a point to go and tell them that it was the best KFC I had had the one girl said she was going to tell Fabio I assume he is the manager so to him I say, you have a great team and a great branch.
WHY DOES A 3 PIECE MEAL COST£7.99 here versus £4.99 on the high street? Input costs are no higher, it's just taking advantage of customers. Food and experience typical KFC.
Even though the restaurant was crowded, there were many available tables and seats, and the service was quick. The tables were clean with no trash left behind. We intentionally came back to this restaurant on our way back.
