This restaurant review is critical and frustrated. It mentions that the staff were annoying and pushing the reviewer to download a COVID app while eating. They also call the staff stupid and irritating. Overall, they did not have a good experience at the restaurant.
So i paid for my food which overall tasted nice (nice temperature as usual) however when i was being given my food they began passing it me in seperate things. So they gave me my drink, then chicken, the chips, then corn. Baring in mind that there was not a separate collection area i was blocking people in the queue and i then had to balance my tray on the side as i put all of my stuff on the tray. Then my tray tipped over and all of my stuff fell on the floor. I didnt mind the fact that i dropped it as i take full responsibility although they did not help me straight away and stood there laughing behind the till. I found this very unprofessional and immature as its their duty to give there customers a welcoming and comfortable visit. Even thought they gave me a new meal they did not give me a new drink (which i paid for) I do not think i will be returning unfortunately. ps, they also do not have any accessible toilets in the restaurant.
100 fast service and the manger is amazing and it famiily friendly and all staff happy to help and allways with a smile on the face
Visited place with family on a busy day. Service was good but food was average and tables were dirty probably due to lack of staff watching and cleaning when people leave tables. Convenient only if you are at West Orchards for shopping and you want to eat something fast...
Located in a shopping center alongside Subway and McDonald's, this restaurant is part of a bustling forecourt. Despite the busy Saturday lunchtime crowd, we were able to secure a clean table thanks to a helpful teammate. The service was prompt and the food was hot and delicious. The restaurant area was clean, and we were impressed by the quick table cleaning by the KFC staff. Overall, a fantastic dining experience with a great team, delicious food, and a clean environment. Brilliant.
