This is an excellent Costa coffee branch. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The assistant checked there was a table for me before I ordered and she and the man making my drink were cheery and polite. The marmite toast is always great and good value. What Hinckleygal81 doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
I came here with my partner to the Christmas markets. We had to feed our 8 week old son so chose to go in Costa for a coffee. When I fed my son, my partner went and changed him to find that the baby changing room was absolutely filthy and had to clean everything down with our wipes before even changing him. You really need to concentrate on looking after your toilets, the other toilet wasn’t any better. Never again. View all feedback.
Located on the main high street of Leamington Spa, Costa is a great spot for people-watching. The staff may come off as a bit strange and frequently look offended, but they are pleasant enough. If you enjoy observing eccentric characters, this is the place to be, as there are plenty of them on the parade.
The coffee was great as always, but the machines were noisy as per usual.
The staff at this restaurant are typically very busy, so they don't have time to clean the tables.
Typical town centre Costa. Served quickly, but totally lacking in making you feel welcome.
Was served a lovely hot chocolate by a nice young Lad called Ben at Costa Coffee in Leamington Spa on the parade today. Brilliant service from him. Best service I’ve received in a long time from a coffee shop.
