I've driven past for years assuming a bar that lasts that long must be a good place. In turn, maybe just such a day, but the service did not understand the situation, orders, etc. at all. Serving 3 dishes on the table at intervals of 30 minutes, so the first person long after eating, when the last one got food, is the smallest problem.
