Two of us ate here. Got the pulled pork, Ribs, and Brisket. The vinegar slaw and fries were good. 3 sauces sweet BBQ, Citrus, and tropical hot. Tropical hot was my favorite the citrus was my least favorite. All was good. Would recommend seeing if you can get the ribs dry or specify sauce. No brews on this visit. View all feedback.
What Adam G doesn't like about Ledgeview Brewing Company And Bbq:
Ribs were good. Coleslaw was amazing. Mac n’ Cheese was way overcooked, mushy and soggy. Brisket was tough, overcooked and dry, and had absolutely no juices or flavor. We took 2 bites of the brisket and threw it away. Didn’t even want to take it home. Can’t say we’ll be back. View all feedback.
My recent visit to Ledge View Brewery was a delightful experience that I'm eager to share. The standout dish of the evening was their Smokehouse Chili a culinary masterpiece. The chili was rich and flavorful, perfectly seasoned with a harmonious blend of spices that tantalized the taste buds. What made it truly special was the addition of sour cream, which added a creamy texture, and the pickled Fresno chilies and green onions, which provided a vibrant burst of flavor and a nice crunch. To accompany my meal, I chose the Triple T Irish Red Ale, which proved to be an exceptional choice. This ale, with its smooth and robust character, was the perfect complement to the smoky and spicy notes of the chili. The harmony between the chili and the ale created a symphony of flavors that was both satisfying and memorable. The ambiance of Ledge View Brewery, coupled with their friendly and attentive service, made my visit all the more enjoyable. It's rare to find a place where the food and drink are equally impressive, but Ledge View Brewery has managed to achieve this balance with aplomb.I highly recommend Ledge View Brewery to anyone looking for a delightful culinary experience. Whether you're a chili aficionado or an ale enthusiast, this place is sure to impress. A big thumbs up for an unforgettable dining experience!

Excellent food and service. I would label this place a hideaway.

Great music and beer tonight! Frosty played music and the stout was amazing!
