Although it remains a solid dining option, I've noticed that its quality has declined over the years, particularly since it became a chain. I still visit from time to time, but there are many other excellent restaurants in the city that offer an authentic Mexican experience. View all feedback.

I always have a great experience at Hacienda! There were only a few minor issues with our food, as the tacos from the food truck were slightly burnt. My son was eager to high-five everyone, and our waitress was fantastic, making our time there truly enjoyable.
We visited the restaurant as a group of four on a Tuesday at 11:30, and we couldn’t have asked for better service or lunch. The chips were warm and fresh, and each of us received our own delicious salsa dish, which was great for avoiding double-dipping concerns. Everyone was pleased with their menu choices and the quality of the food. We also enjoyed three frozen margaritas and one special mixed drink, all of which were smooth and perfectly made. The fajita salads were a delightful surprise, and I would definitely order one again!
We waited 15 minutes, which wasn't a big deal. However, we ended up waiting even longer at our table for someone to greet us than we did in the lobby. It was clear they were short-staffed, and we understood that, but instead of having a designated server, a host who was asked to help us took care of us. Unfortunately, they seemed to have no training and didn't know anything about the menu or drinks at the bar. This wasn’t her fault; she was very young and likely overwhelmed. We were quite disappointed with the management that evening, as they didn’t seem to have anything positive to say about the situation. Overall, it felt very disorganized!
Usually love this place, This location was mediocre. Staff was friendly. Food, eh. Carnitas was tender, lacked flavor. Chicken was very dry and tasted old. Only pic I took was of the orange cream margarita, which is usually a bright orange ???? at everyother location. Go to the plymouth location instead of here.
Great ambiance, food, and service. The bar tender made great house margarita and was super attentive. The food was awesome my steak quesadilla was so good and the meat was just so soft and juicy.. it melted in the mouth.
