The restaurant was busy but service was exceptionally slow. We waited half an hour for our order to be fulfilled. The general presentation was untidy.
My cousin sent me to get something for him to eat and I unfortunately went to KFC warrnambool as i was craving it. The customer service by the girl at billing station in drive thru was good and the guy taking the order was very helpful. But my food which was 10 originals, a chips pack, and a coleslaw for $19 was of very poor quality. When i went home which is like 3 minutes drive the chicken pieces felt oily and looked very old like they were reheated or something. I rarely go to KFC but now i think i never will again unless i am desperate. What happened to your food quality KFC?
If you're going to charge a fortune for your chips they need to be seasoned. Chips without salt are horrendous. I've stopped going to this KFC until they fix this awful problem.
