What User doesn't like about KFC:
My cousin sent me to get something for him to eat and I unfortunately went to KFC warrnambool as i was craving it. The customer service by the girl at billing station in drive thru was good and the guy taking the order was very helpful. But my food which was 10 originals, a chips pack, and a coleslaw for $19 was of very poor quality. When i went home which is like 3 minutes drive the chicken pieces felt oily and look... This restaurant is a good clean place, but it can get a bit crowded at lunchtime, especially the drive-thru. I went in for takeaway and there was only one operator taking orders over the counter and handing out food. I understand that businesses are still recovering post-COVID, so I'm not complaining. The experience was typical for a KFC and nothing special to write home about.
Despite there being only five customers in the restaurant, it took longer than expected to receive our food. Additionally, there were several menu items that were unavailable. Overall, the restaurant was clean and the food was satisfactory, but it was just like any other KFC.
Great KFC experience! The food was served hot and fresh. The gravy was full of flavor and when I requested extra sauce on my burger, they were happy to accommodate.
I accidentally left my hand bag in bathroom there.... Manageress found it and when I got it back all money still in there.... .....plus..... Great finger locking chicken
The restaurant was busy but service was exceptionally slow. We waited half an hour for our order to be fulfilled. The general presentation was untidy.
