We always read reviews of places we want to... read more We went to this cafe due to the fact that they had left well written answers to a few bad reviews earlier customers. We always read reviews of places we want to visit and appreciate the answers of owners/managers when they take the time to address concerns. We were very impressed by the café including its presentation, cleanliness, friendly staff, great coffee and delicious food. In addition, their attention to detail is excellent to keep their cartridges safe during Covid conditions. If others read the few bad reviews, we recommend that you ignore them and take into account the reactions of the café. It is worth visiting and great places deserve the support of their community to get them through the audits of 2020. We are holiday in Warrnambool but will recommend Brightside to other travellers.
