What barry p doesn't like about The Rams Head Inn:
Booked table for Sunday dinner at 4pm. Waited as always) for waiter to get drinks. Had to go to Bar. Waiter comes to table at 4:15 and says there’s a 45 min wait. He returns 2 mins later to say it’s a one hour wait for food. It’s not a la carte. We’re regulars there, but no more. We can choose from 10 local pubs and they don’t bother calling us to say there’s a long wait. Shameful. We left, never to return. View all feedback. What John G likes about The Rams Head Inn:
Visited for the first time today. Lovely looking pub and fairly busy when I arrived at 2pm. Sunday Roast was tasty and plenty of it and the service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I was served quickly and I noticed some other large parties who also appeared to get their food without having to wait too long. Prices weren’t shocking at all, for a pub that must have some pretty big overheads. Nice lo... View all feedback.

read moreDespite some negative feedback, The Rams Head offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. While some visitors experienced cold food and slow service, others had fantastic meals with excellent service. The pub is praised for its dog-friendly policy and attentive staff. Despite some issues, many customers enjoy returning for the cozy atmosphere and great food options. With a mix of positive and negative reviews, The Rams Head might be hit or miss for some, but overall provides a pleasant experience for those looking for a local spot with charm.
The staff was wonderful, always ensuring our comfort, and the food was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to any families.
