Scoop! Ice Cream - Warrington

This establishment desperately needs to be closed and renovated! The dining area is filthy, with dirty utensils, cobwebs covering the windows, broken tiles on the floor, and the customer restroom is a complete disgrace.

My daughter was in town with her baby who needed to be fed. She stopped at Scoop and asked the lady if she would kindly warm up the bottle for her. She refused to do so unless she bought something! I am absolutely disgusted at this. This was a hungry baby who needed to be fed and she refused to help? No use pphoning to complain as her voicemail is constantly full probably with all the complaints she receives!

I visited this restaurant for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a panini, which took a long time to arrive and I was disappointed that there was no side salad or even a few crisps. The milkshake was just average. The seating area was uncomfortably cold and there were many tables with empty plates. The toilets were quite dirty.

Waited too long for a toastie. Hot drinks were cold by time food arrived. Very basic no salad or anything to make it look appealing. Scruffy surroundings and unfriendly staff

I work in Golden Square as a store manager and have many times bought my lunch from Scoop to take back to work. Have just been into place an order and was accused of trying to steal a sachet of salt and pepper by the man working there.? !He was rude and aggressive saying what do you think you are doing ,those are for paying customers you can 't just come in and take one! Well I was a customer and I was about to place an order but I went elsewhere and will continue to do so in future. Disgusting attitude you have lost my custom.
