I think people should recognise this... read more I don't understand these awful negative reviews. I've been a regular custom before and since Covid. Never had a complaint. I think people should recognise this is a tiny family business who work very hard, they are polite and happy to serve good quality food. So think on times are tough for everyone, be kind, support hard working small firms. Stop sitting behind your keyboard posting perverse complaints. If you find issues with your food, speak to the team. It's a take out service

After my mum saying she on... read more To the young rude, ignorant girl that served my mum and autistic son. Manners and politeness cost nothing where rudeness is a choice. After my mum saying she only wants salt on the chips, she proceeded to put vinegar on, when mum corrected her she was challenged and the chips slammed on the counter. My mum would never of asked for vinegar because that is one of my sons triggers. After eventually getting what she ordered she again slammed the chips on the counter. It is safe to say we and everyone we have told will never be returning . You need to teach your staff some decent customer services skills!!!!!!

Hopefully, the owners read all the reviews and make improvements. I was considering returning the chips, but it seems like that has already been done.
