What Molehaven doesn't like about Nandos:
Considering the restaurant had only 3 other table containing 8 people the Gent servicing the front had to wait a good amount of time before one of the other servers to tell him to come take me too a table, ordered on line food took ages considering only 8 people in the restaurant, food missing it nicer thing like the nuts and bit on rainbow salad and hardly a dusting of peri peri on the chips , Other staff very helpf... The Nandos we visited was not only quick to seat us but also to serve our food. The staff was friendly and made sure we were satisfied with our meal. My chicken wasn't as hot as I would have liked, but it was still warm enough to enjoy (I might be a bit particular when it comes to chicken temperature). The seasoning was perfect and the chips were hot, along with the corn I ordered. Overall, I would give it a 10/10 and would definitely come back again.
The service was poor, the food was not good, and the restaurant was extremely cold. We ordered food through the app at our table but had to go to the service counter to get glasses for drinks. Only one meal arrived, which was barely warm. When we went back to the counter to inquire about the other two meals, we were told that only one had been processed, despite our receipt showing three meals. Eventually, the food came out but there were no knives and forks available. When we asked the person we thought was the manager where to get cutlery, she just walked off. The service was terrible. Our main plates were not cleared before our dessert arrived, and we had to ask the waiter to take them. The restaurant was so cold that all diners were sitting with their coats on. NANDOS, you should be ashamed of this restaurant - not a good impression.

The service was quick with no wait times, and we enjoyed a fantastic outside view from our table. The only issue was ordering our meal online. Companies that offer internet orders should ensure they have strong, reliable, and free internet connections. The staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service.
My husband and I visited this restaurant on a cold Sunday evening. Unfortunately, they were out of the loaded fries I wanted to order, and they also didn't have pineapple for my husband's pitta. Overall, it was not a great experience.
