Costa Coffee - Warrington

Hospital appointment, was nice to go out and have a coffee, friendly staff, well managed for covid

This restaurant review is absolutely terrible! I usually enjoy Costa, but the ones in Warrington are usually well-run. However, my experience at this location was shocking. The service was terrible, shelves were empty, and the staff were unprofessional and rude. They also didn't accept the app or points. I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future.

Used to be great before Covid. Deteriorated massively since. Opening times used to be 7 till 21:00 which was perfect for day and night staff. Now opening times are erratic. It’s never open before 8 and on Sundays it opens 11 . I am surprised hospital allow such greedy businesses to operate onsite. Today it’s only one single staff serving for the last 2 hours and the queue is getting longer and longer. Management barely ever seen and they obviously do not care.

This is a poorly managed Costa with long queues and staff shortage. The coffee isn't great either. Waste of time

There were long lines at the restaurant, with only two staff members working. All drinks were served in take-out cups only, and there was no machine available to record bean rewards. Several tables were left dirty while I waited in line for 20 minutes. I also tried to get a drink in the morning around 10:15 am and the line was even longer.
