What watercool doesn't like about Cafe Caruso Italian:
So visiting an Italian you 'd expect nice simple stonebaked pizzas right? Nope. The pizza isn 't proper pizza, it 's very much like frozen pizza (if not actual reheated pizza). I wouldn 't expect this at an Italian. The 'folded pizza ' (not calzone) is just one of the pizzas ....folded a bit. This restaurant was recommended to me and I made a special visit as a result. I was not disappointed! The service at lunchtime was swift, friendly, and clearly my meal had been freshly cooked. The bolognaise sauce was one of the best I have had in a long time.
