We have placed our order with their own website, as this is yet another takeaway that has taken the advantage of the additional business that they receive to be... read more We have placed our order with their own website, as this is yet another takeaway that has taken the advantage of the additional business that they receive to be listed on just offer but do not want to pay for the service they offer. the website is of substandard. quality and if we have placed our order, the website has returned an answer that says that the order has already been placed or did not exist. I called the retreat and said that the command was accepted. waited mins before the call to double check the order had not been placed accidentally for the collection and was then lied and said that the order had not been accepted and that they had told us that when we first called. absolutely shocking service and will never use again. it would not have been so bad if eating was actually good, but we only ever order from this place as they are close and whenever we have ordered, with just eating they delivered very quickly. I'm going to the car to collect some decent eating from a decent takeaway, as I don't have time to wait for another delivery.
