I had the chicken chipotle avocado melt. It was very good tasting but so small. I had the chicken corn chowder soup with a roll and that was tasty as well. Food tastes good but for what you pay the portions are small. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I love Panera Bread, but my experience was not good this time. Both I and my wife ordered the take two. Both soups were not very warm. The spoon they gave me was not clean and had cured food on it. When I went to the service counter to exchange it, the person was not very pleasant. Both my self and my wife wounded with some digestive problems just after eating our food. View all feedback.
Customer service is terrible, the food is undercooked and shaped. I got an old avocado on my Chipotle melt sandwich. I couldn't even eat it. I was wasting my money.
A wonderful You Pick 2 Chicken w/Wild Rice Soup and Caesar Salad w/Chicken. And I got a Bear Claw Pastry To Go to Enjoy Later! Love This Place!
I absolutely love it here! I came and Maya took my order right away she was very welcoming and has great costumer service skills. This girl is going places!!!
I normally don't write a review, but the management at this location needs to change. My wife and I have ordered here a number of times since we moved to the area, and have been disappointed pretty much every single time. First, they are always out of a main ingredient for our favorite things like chicken, bacon, tomato, or avocado. There hasn't been one time where they weren't out of something, and they can't blame supply shortage issues because other paneras in the area aren't out of these things. Next, they fill every dressing/sauce cup only a quarter full even if you ask for extra dressing, and this happened multiple times not just once. There's also been a few times where they got the order wrong. Now whenever we want panera, we have to drive way further to go to a different one because of bad this one is.
