I am visiting my mother in Warrenton NC. I picked up meds from Walgreens and decided to treat her to a sub. I ordered at the drive-thru and drove to her house. The order was not accurate; they added condiments I did not ask for and the spinach wrap was discontinued so the preparer made the sub with a plain wrap and negated to inform me of the change. This restaurant is a fantastic dining option, featuring a professional and friendly staff. For dinner, the experience is exceptional. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20, and everything exceeded my expectations. Both the food and service earned a perfect rating of 5, as did the overall atmosphere. Highly recommended!
I called the manager to address the issue, and she found my receipt in their system. She wrote down my name and number in their 'book of mistakes' and agreed to remake my sub for free. However, when I called the next day to pick up the subs, a different manager told me he couldn't honor the previous manager's promise. He explained that there was no record of the mistake and said it wasn't his responsibility to fix it. This experience was frustrating, and I learned a valuable lesson: I won't be spending any more money at the Subway in Warrenton, NC.
I really liked the food, and the service was outstanding! I ordered takeout for dinner, and I would rate the food a 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.
