Jack In The Box - Warrenton

Orderd 2 sourdough jacks they were not busy, took longer than anyother place in town. The bread was just bareley warmed and not grilled or toasted only one piece of cheese tiny piece of bacon and no tomato. Asked for refund they reluctantly did, had to wait another 15 minutes in drive thru because doors to go inside were locked. Theyis place has gone way down hill in last year, tacos are soaked with grease running out of bag, ect. People who work there day , lunch times are rude , and untrained and should find other jobs. I will not be going back to this store in my town again, very disapointing because i do like jack in box. Im not the only one in town feels this way. Just ask anyone in warrenton, or drive by and see why they have the smallest lines in there drive thru. This store is pathetic. Dont waste your time or money go somewhere else.

Employees was hiding, it was kinda hilarious but also kinda sad.

Ridiculous, all I can say is that I travel and when I come into St Louis one of the things I look forward to is Jack in the box. Is this location closing because it was like a comedy skit trying to order food from their menu resulting in there is no food for lunch, bye. As I slowly drove past the window I could see several employees grouped up together they didn't look busy or stressed, just clocked in. I'm very interested to know, what is happening at the store?

This place is a joke. Old nasty dinning area. Poorly managed.

Been sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, blocked in because they won’t tell the person in front to drive forward and wait in a parking spot. They aren’t taking orders, either. ??‍ Phone rings busy. Drive thru menus are also completely falling apart.
