Very disappointed in $73.00 worth of take out for New Years Eve. First Wok must have new owners since our last visit? Crab Rangoon's had no filling and all dishes tasted the same with little or no change in the spice. View all feedback.
I really miss the old owners! We've visited several times since the change in management, and each time the buffet is never fully stocked, and the warming lights are off. They say they'll prepare fresh dishes upon request, but it feels awkward to ask for too many different items when I only want a small taste of several things. If you're going to have a buffet, either do it properly or get rid of it altogether. The last time we went, I ended up being overcharged. Today, I received my food in a flimsy, clear paper bag that tore easily when I picked it up, causing my meal to spill all over the floor. After they retried my order, the staff member had the nerve to suggest I should be more careful, even though it was clearly an issue with the bag. Oddly enough, she switched to a sturdier paper bag on the second attempt. As for the food quality, it’s just not on par with what we used to enjoy. I think I've given them enough chances to keep me as a customer.

To my surprise, the staff member had the audacity to tell me to be more careful after she had to repack my order. It’s interesting that she placed the blame on me, considering the bag she used was the same flimsy one as before. Additionally, the quality of the food just doesn’t measure up to what it used to be under the old owners. I've given them plenty of chances to keep my business, but I think it's time to move on.

They serve the most amazing Fried Rice!
