You don't put the food on the pick-up truck... if it says it's gonna be ready at a time, and you'll go in 3-5min later, should be ready. Not yet. Thus, this process could improve like other locations. Food is great, and the staff is nice and makes your order right. Overall, I love eating there, only no great experience for mobile order once. As the mother of food allergies, our life was completely changed. It is so refreshing to go to a place and when I say allergy the girl works washing her hands, changing her gloves and double controls everything I'm not sure. We have also found this in other chipots as common practice, and we are very grateful.

Friendly, fast service and delicious burritos. Plenty of seating indoors. I appreciated the sizable tobacco offerings.
