Contribute Feedback What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
The bread was very hard, making it difficult to take a bite. They could have added more salad to my plate, while my partner's was overloaded with it. They need to maintain consistency. View all feedback.
The service was incredibly quick, yet the atmosphere was just right. Everyone seemed to be in high spirits, laughing and genuinely friendly.
However, on the day of delivery, they contacted me instead of the person I designated, and they ended up delivering to the wrong part of the building. When I tried to reach the delivery driver to address the issue and prevent it from happening again, the response I received was less than satisfactory. I explained the problem, emphasizing that the food had been delivered to a restricted area where we couldn’t access it. The representative told me that in the future, they should call and confirm the details. I reminded him that I had already confirmed everything when I placed the order, but he insisted that I needed to do it again before delivery. When I mentioned that I had included my notes during the order process, he admitted that they didn't even check the notes. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and care from their staff was frustrating, and it was evident that they did not grasp the inconvenience caused by their mistakes.
After 9:30 a.m. and at 9:58 they left a voicemail and said they didn't make my order because they were closed at 10 a.m. I haven't received any refund yet, and they waited 20 minutes to call and tell me I didn't get my food.
We placed an online order at 2:22PM. When the driver brought us our order, we only received one sandwich and a drink. We were missing everything else that was supposed to be included a second sandwich, two bags of chips, two cookies, and two pickles . When my spouse brought this to the attention of the delivery driver, he said he would go back and bring us the rest. Fast forward an hour, and we still don't have the food. We call up to Jimmy John's and they apologize, saying they'll remake it and send it out. Forty minutes later and still nothing. At this point, we are frustrated and want a refund. We call this location once again, and the person who answered started to argue with my spouse saying their records indicate the driver has come by twice and they can't keep bringing us free sandwiches. When she read the address to him, it was the WRONG address. We finally got the refund after speaking to 3 people. We love Jimmy John's food, but this location has been nothing short of disappointing each time.
