After 9:30 a.m. and at 9:58 they left a voicemail and said they didn't make my order because they were closed at 10 a.m. I haven't received any refund yet, and... read more After 9:30 a.m. and at 9:58 they left a voicemail and said they didn't make my order because they were closed at 10 a.m. I haven't received any refund yet, and they waited 20 minutes to call and tell me I didn't get my food.

We placed an online order at 2:22PM. When the driver brought us our order, we only received one sandwich and a drink. We were missing everything else that was s... read more We placed an online order at 2:22PM. When the driver brought us our order, we only received one sandwich and a drink. We were missing everything else that was supposed to be included a second sandwich, two bags of chips, two cookies, and two pickles. When my spouse brought this to the attention of the delivery driver, he said he would go back and bring us the rest. Fast forward an hour, and we still don't have the food. We call and they apologize, saying they'll remake it and send it out. Forty minutes later and still nothing. At this point, we are frustrated and want a refund. We call this location once again, and the person who answered started to argue with my spouse saying their records indicate the driver has come by twice and they can't keep bringing us free sandwiches. When she read the address to him, it was the WRONG address. We finally got the refund after speaking to 3 people. We love Jimmy John's food, but this location has been nothing short of disappointing each time.

No worries, though; the food was still fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra cookie in the bag!
