I will never eat here again; it was the worst meal I've ever had. No amount of alcohol can make this experience better.

I’ve dined at some top-notch Mexican restaurants in Texas and Santa Fe, New Mexico, and I can confidently say that Copper Coyote holds its own, if not surpasses them! My wife and I are big fans of Chili Rellenos, and Copper Coyote serves the best we’ve ever tasted—no competition! The flavors are fresh and genuinely authentic. The portion sizes are fantastic for the value. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Mexican plate and the street tacos. Copper Coyote has won over my family, and it has officially become our go-to spot for Mexican cuisine!
