What John Englert doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
Overpriced. Staff at this location seemed like they were high. Had to repeat order several times then he rung it up wrong anyway. One bill in my party was over-charged. Part of my order was left out and not prepared. Took a long time to get these high employees to correct the orders and bills. I wouldn't advise going here. View all feedback.
Scarlet always makes sure my food is exactly how I order it. She has amazing customer service! She is very friendly and welcoming! Thank you for your wonderful customer service because it is hard to find nowadays! The food is always delicious and fresh just how I like it! ?Jayoin always has great customer as well. He always tells me to enjoy my food! ?Vegetarian options: I love the veggie sandwich. It is delicious! ?
My daughter wanted to stop here. She got a sandwich which she really loved. I got potato soup. The potatoes in it were hard and the soup was very salty. But she enjoyed her brownie too.
Why are the salads half what they used to be? The take out boxes are literally half the size of what they used to be? Same price as before!

I love the pecanberry salad. Would have it every day if i could.
