Came here for lunch and the prices were good. I had a spicy beef soup with clear glass noodle (Yukgaejang) for $10.99. My friends got the Bibimbap for $9.99 and Dolsot Bibimbap for $13.99. I thought that was a huge price difference and not worth it. Typically it's only a $1-$2 surcharge, I suspect this store just does not have a lot of those stone pots so they use this to control how much they sell. Portions were sma... View all feedback.
What Jesse McCookie doesn't like about Bando Korean:
The staff are completely rood and I had to track down the whater on at least 5 different times to get drinks and food. And the place is so dirty and way over priced and the make u tipe 30% K- Town BBQ is soooo much better and cheaper and is an amazing place if u are looking for Korean View all feedback.

Portions were smaller than the Bay Area but it was very authentic, I was completely satisfied. They only give you 4 side dishes instead of 8-10. Interested in returning to try other things and BBQ. Dinner prices were nearly double and my friend and his family spent $100+ for 3 people.
Life changing kalbi (beef ribs)! Don't let the sketchy looking strip mall deter you, this is most likely the best Korean place in Indy! Incredible flavor, very authentic Korean fare, including a wide variety of soups. Huge array of banchan (side dishes), which enhance the cost performance. You can do the BBQ at your table, but we find it's usually tastier if they cook it for you (easier if you have kids, anyway). Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs.
Best Korean barbecue in Indianapolis. Meats are super fresh and well prepared. Side dishes are diverse and super flavorful. Real charcoal makes the charred flavors come to life. Great portions and awesome service. Changed out the grate several times as we continued to cook out meats. Appetizers were awesome as well. My family loves this place.
Very mediocre from food to management, especially given the portion and the price tags.
