My friend and I wanted to take a break from shopping, so we decided to grab a quick snack and drink at the Cafe. Our server, Theo was very friendly and efficient. What Ralph Eads doesn't like about Cafe Bistro:
The decor/ambience is somewhat anonymous and sterile not really at the level of Nordstroms itself. In addition, you are required to line up at the cashier as you go in and quickly (to avoid holding up patrons behind you) scan the menu and order. At home can count on nice light tasty food, so I came here for that. I would say compared to home service was lacking. No bread service was offered, my salad was missing nuts and I had to ask for them, and soda refills were sparse. Everything was good, but the servers were not attentive.
The place is always busy. it is a great place to take a short break if you are shopping or waiting on someone who is. Its not in the center food court so it is much quieter.

The food is excellent and the waitstaff is so friendly! The atmosphere is so pleasant and quiet. I love all of their salads on the menu.
