I will never visit this Subway again. The manager treated me disrespectfully and rudely, making me feel stupid and unvalued. Despite being told that everything was frozen, I waited patiently. The manager then made a snide remark about my phone number and rolled her eyes at me. I apologized for the inconvenience, but she didn't acknowledge it. I returned to my car and waited for my food, which was eventually ready. The manager did not apologize for the poor treatment. I don't mind waiting for my food, but I don't deserve to be disrespected just because workers are having a bad day. I have worked in the food industry for four years and understand the challenges, but that is no excuse for treating customers poorly.
I have been consistently visiting this IGA during my trips to Bowling Green. Every time I have attempted to order from Subway, there is either no one there or it takes a long time to be acknowledged. I have had enough and will not be returning. Four strikes and I'm out. I do not recommend wasting your time here.
